Definiteness of purpose is the beginning of every achievement worthy of mention. Wherever you find anybody who is succeeding, you'll find a person who has adopted the principles of definiteness of purpose in connection with the things he does, and follows that principle at all times.
You have to be absolutely definite in connection with your major purpose. Your purpose and goals should have definite action, definite time, it is not just enough to wish, be definite about your aspirations.
It is not just enough to aspire, to have a dream; you must know what to do, when to do it, where to do it, why to do it, and importantly how to do it. And more importantly, see to it that you get it done.
Knowing what to do, and laying out plan for doing it, and been very definite about all the plans is what constitutes a great successful life.
Do you know that if you wait for all circumstances to be just right before you undertake something that you've been planning, may be for a great number of years, you'll never start, because circumstances are just never right.
If you want to do a thing badly enough, get together all of the information you can about it, provide yourself with all of the equipment that is available, and start where you stand to do what you can about it at that time. The chances are, as strange as it may seem, as you use the tools that you have at hand, whatever they may be, that other and better tools will sometimes miraculously be placed at your service.
It is not enough to know what to do but to as well know when to do it, where to do it, why to do it, and how to do it. Know what you want, when you want it, why you want it, and HOW you intend to get it. These are the fuel that will fire and spur you on!
